Join us for a fun and interactive Price Is Right-style workshop where you’ll put your grocery knowledge to the test and learn practical ways to save money on everyday snacks.

This hands-on session combines a game-show-style challenge with practical tips around pricing, value for money, and smarter shopping. You’ll then use affordable, easy-to-find ingredients to create your own simple snack.

You’ll learn:

• Price & Value: How much everyday snacks and ingredients actually cost and how to spot better-value options

• Smarter Shopping: Simple strategies for comparing prices, understanding value, and making budget-friendly choices

• Student Budget Hacks: Easy ways to keep snack costs down without sacrificing variety or taste

• Hands-on Snack Making: Use affordable ingredients to create a simple, delicious snack

• Practical Takeaways: Easy ideas, recipes and tips you can use when shopping and cooking at home

What to expect? A relaxed, interactive and beginner-friendly session combining a fun game-show challenge with practical budgeting tips and a hands-on snack-making activity. You'll create your own snack to take home and enjoy; plus light refreshments will be provided during the workshop.
