Event description
Make (or lose) some friends at our first ever Arcade Night in the UC Refectory!
Bust a move in Just Dance, race your way to victory in Mario Kart, run a kitchen in Overcooked or fight your friends in Super Smash Bros. The UC Refectory will be transformed into the Arcade of your dreams! Roaming around the Refectory you will find games to play, arcade machines, table tennis and air hockey. Don’t want to play games? There will be places to lounge, socialise and enjoy watching others play.
Arcade Night will be a UC Refectory extravaganza, found in the main hall in Building 1. The event is accessible through flat ground from the UC Concourse or elevators behind Mizzuna café. The event spans across two rooms, both with easy access from each other.
The Social Intensity Scale is 3/5 as you play games, make friends and banter with the competition.
We are always flexible and willing to work with our students so we want to hear from you if there are any accessibility requirements that will make it easier to attend our event!
