Autumn School Holiday Program: Archery at Riverside Park Yass

Join us for an exciting archery session at Riverside Park Yass on Tuesday, 22 April! We’re offering two sessions:

Session 1: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Session 2: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM

This program is open to participants aged 12 years and over. Please note that no lunch will be provided. Bottles of water will be available for free.

Clothing: Please wear closed-toe shoes (no thongs or bare feet).

Behavior: Safety is our first concern. Unsafe shooting, bullying, or harassment will not be tolerated.
Coaches: The session will be led by Stuart and Frances Atkins, Archery Australia coaches, who will ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Yass Valley Council is made up of nine elected Councillors. Elections are held every four years to determine the Councillors who will represent the people of Yass Valley.

A Mayor and Deputy Mayor are elected by the Councillors every two years. Day to day operations are managed by the General Manager and three Directors.

Works to make Yass Valley safe for everyone to enjoy.
Makes sure facilities and amenities are there for all - pathways, pools, sports facilities, halls and public spaces.
Ensures sound financial decision-making to keep Yass Valley one of the most 'affordable' regions to live in.
Works in many ways with residents, individuals, groups and areas of the Valley, to discuss and consult on everyone's needs and aspirations.

Yass Valley Council has over 150 employees who work to put the policies and aspirations of the Council into action.
