Arise with Purpose – Pull-Up Challenge

Are you ready to pull for purpose?

This October, join us for the Arise with Purpose – Pull-Up Challenge, a virtual fundraising event where every rep makes a difference. Whether you can do one pull-up or one hundred, this challenge is about showing up, pushing yourself, and supporting those who’ve served our communities.

Participants will:

Set a personal pull-up goal (e.g., 100, 500, or 1,000 over the month).
Complete the challenge anywhere – at home, in the gym, the park, or your workplace.
Log your progress with our downloadable tracking sheet.
Raise funds to support PTSD Resurrected’s trauma recovery programs for veterans, first responders, and trauma-impacted communities.

Why it matters:
Too many of our veterans and first responders face trauma, moral injury, and mental health challenges that can lead to harmful coping behaviours and even suicide. Your pull-ups directly fund life-changing peer-led recovery programs that restore hope, healing, and purpose.
