Join us on Sunday 27 September to celebrate a new chapter: The Inner Blooming’s new studio at Ark Sports Club, and Ark opening on Sundays.

A relaxed wellness morning to explore the venue, grab something from the café and experience a little Inner Blooming × Ark magic. Come for a look around, settle into a sound healing session, or unwind with sauna, ice bath and magnesium bath.

Come anytime between 9am and 1pm. The café will be serving your favourite drinks and sweet treats, with the court available for shooting hoops after sound. Registration required.

✨ Sound Healing with The Inner Blooming · $20
A 45-minute group sound experience, 9:30–10:15am.
Limited to 20 places.

💧 Contrast Therapy at Ark · $25
Sauna, cold plunge and magnesium bath. Choose a 45-minute session at 10:30am, 11:15am or 12:00pm.
Limited to 6 places per session.

Experiences are optional. Book either or both; paid experience tickets include general entry.
