Resilience and Mental Health Camp - July 2024

A camp dedicated to arming participants with essential skills for cultivating resilience, with a focus on mental health and overall wellbeing talks.

Our camp program delves into topics including resilience, self-esteem, and stress management, offering practical tools and knowledge to hep youth navigate life's challenges with confidence. Beyond the transformative discussions, our junior camp promises an array of exciting activities that guarantee an unforgettable and holistic experience.

Important Information

Drop off time: 10am Sunday 7th July
Pick up time: 12.00pm Wednesday 10th July
Drop off and pick up location: MacDonalds Armadale, 69 Jull St, Armadale WA 6112
Note: Armed For Life will arrange transport to camp location to and from the pick up and drop off point. (Included in camp ticket)

What to bring to Camp

Warm sleeping bag and pillow
Warm clothes
Beanie
Towel
Torch
Hat and sun cream
Toiletries
Good walking shoes
Old clothes to dirty

Please note:

Phones are permitted, but only in free time.
Food is prepared by a nutritionist so dietary requirements are taken into consideration, you will be prompted when registering to confirm.
All medication MUST be handed into the Camp First Aid Officer before the camp begins to be checked off. Some Medications like asthma puffers will be carried by the student.
Reminders will be sent one week before the camp date to confirm all of the information above.
