Creative Clinics: Art and Artificial Intelligence with Carlie Germs
Event description
Join artist Carlie Germs for a journey through Art and Artificial Intelligence.
AI is a divisive catch all solution for any creative problems today. Instead of dismissing it entirely as a financial hype-beast or thief, let’s look at its potential as a tool for creative collaboration, and as a method of making in a broader art practice.
Carlie Germs is an emerging artist from Boorloo (Perth). Their practice is open to material agency, drawing together science fiction, conceptual mathematics, physics, and digital ephemera in sculpture, installation and prints. Find out more about Germs by visiting their website or following them on Instagram: @carlienorma
Tickets are free for City of Belmont residents, free for students, and $5 for Non-City of Belmont residents. Students may be required to present a current valid student ID.
