Starting the day with a gentle two-hour Kundalini Yoga and Sound Bath Session led by India Rose (Lorraine Weyman) from Divine Bliss. This tranquil session is designed to help you unwind and reconnect with your inner self. The Soothing Sound of the Gong will surround you and create an atmosphere of deep relaxation and healing.

Following this blissful journey, there will be a delightful Vegetarian Long Table lunch. This communal dining experience fosters a sense of connection and community, as you share wholesome, nourishing food made from fresh, local ingredients.

After lunch, attendees will have the opportunity to engage with Australian Artist Barry Mackie, who will demonstrate an Introduction to Composition. Barry will share his knowledge on concepts such as balance, contrast, and focal points, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how to enhance their individual styles and improve their skills.

Following the introduction, the Picturesque Grounds of West Cape Howe will provide the perfect backdrop for participants to immerse themselves in the creative process. Let your imagination flow freely as you Sketch or Paint. The combination of guidance and a vibrant outdoor setting is sure to inspire a rich exploration of composition, making for a Memorable, Creative and Fun Day.
