Art Dance : The Heart's Longing

What do you want to move towards and welcome more of in your life?

What do you want to call into your life this year?

What is your heart yearning for?

In this workshop we will begin to visualise what we need more of in our lives and create an artistic representation of this and then embody this through dance. Once anchored in the body it is more likely to manifest.

We dance and trust the body's unique wisdom of knowing what we need and what we want to express. Then we create- sometimes using pastels or paints, sometimes with words, sometimes with natural objects and we discover what amazing creative humans we are!
