Art for Hearts Sake, a fun crafting workshop

Art from the heart! We will begin with a meditation and get an idea of what the group dynamic and mindset is.  We will use our bodies and our minds to create new neuropathways through art exploration.  (A fancy way of saying we will play, create, and release inner critic)…. 

Come make new friends, create something, get away from the phone and build community, one art day at a time.
