Description

Our Art for Wellbeing Art Therapy sessions will be held in a group environment with a focus on mental wellbeing, stress reduction and mindfulness. Each week will introduce a theme for shared discussion followed by a creative art activity. Group conversation and sharing will follow. The groups will provide attendees with a quiet space to participate in creativity, self reflection & discussion, taking a break from the busy world.

Please note this is an 10 week term starting January 28th 2026

Tickets are available casually weekly or full term (recommended)

This is an IN PERSON group with our location in Long Jetty NSW.

Refund policy

CLASSES and SESSIONS 50% refund is offered if you cancel 2 weeks or longer out from the start date. As this gives us a chance to fill your spot. Within two weeks of start date and once the term has begun all ongoing weekly classes and sessions for adults and children are non-refundable. This is because the teacher has already been paid, materials have been purchased and prepared etc. You are however able to pass your ticket on to a friend to take your place. Please just let us know the details if you would like this to happen. If you are unsure of being able to commit to a full term talk to us about whether the class or session you are interested in has any casual pay by the week options available (this is dependent upon teacher preference, subject matter and availability). Please note that all classes and sessions require a minimum of 3 people booked in each week in order to go ahead. CANCELLATIONS BY US Occasionally we may have to cancel a class or workshop, due to minimum numbers not being met, or a cancellation from the facilitating artist, we may do so at any time prior to the class - you will be notified by email and will receive a full refund in this instance. Danielle Minett Art Therapist will not be liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of cancellation or rescheduling of the event. AGREEMENT When attending a class or workshop, you agree that you will not reproduce, replicate or redistribute any element of the class for commercial use. You agree not to redistribute content from our website or social platforms without crediting us. You also acknowledge you will not photograph, share or discuss any other attendees artworks or personal information outside of the group setting. COVID19 We are a COVID19 safe place and require you to use hand sanitizer upon entry and we ask you to please not attend if you have any symptoms. Looking forward to seeing you at your sessions!
