Art Lab: Eco Dyeing
Description
Learn how to dye materials in an eco-friendly way, at Wellington St Neighbourhood House.
You will get to extract colours through natural materials (think beetroot, turmeric, onion skins) and dye fabrics of your choice. Feel free to bring your own canvas (shirts, bag, pillowcases) to create a custom piece to take home!
Places limited - booking required for this session.
What to expect:
° Art Lab sessions are low-key, hands-on, process based, small group creative art making sessions.
° Everyone is welcome to come along, join in - though children are to be with a guardian.
° If you have access requirements please don't hesitate to let us know!
° Wellies has a quiet, sensory space that you are welcome to utilise if you'd like to pause, regulate, step away from a session at any moment.
