Mental Health Week Launch - Hosted by Art of The Minds
Event description
We understand that mental health is one of the fastest growing issues of concern to communities globally, and it contributes to an alarming rate of distress and harm.
To celebrate World Mental Health Day and to launch our festival this year, we are organising a special lunchtime event. This event brings together local mental health services and organisations, performers, and speakers with lived experience connections to mental health as well as organisations involved in local mental health development.
Date: October 10th, 2024
Time: 12 pm. and 2 pm
Location: The Grant Pavilion, Torquay.
We invite our community to sit in a safe, healing space with us and be inspired to form greater community connections, to support and advocate for those with lived experience of mental health.
