ART SOUNDS: Hugo Race and Michelangelo Russo

In conjunction with the exhibition of Michelangelo Russo' s artworks as part of the ART SOUNDS group show he will perform with Hugo Race,  (Dirtmusic, The Wreckery, The True Spirit, Fatalists) songs from their new album 100 years.

The album focuses the duo's sonic alchemy on Race’s evocative songwriting.... electric harmonica, echoing guitars, smoky vocals and primal beats in a hypnotic wall of sound, hand-made from ancient roots.

As an introduction Russo will present some ideas about the collaboration and the connections in his dual practices as an artist and musician.

Bar will be open from 6;30 for this event.

Audience is encouraged to remain and view the ART SOUNDS exhibition after the performance
