🦋 A gentle space to feel, express & reconnect 🦋

Coming to Adelaide – South Australia

There is so much that lives inside a young heart.

Unspoken sadness.

Moments of feeling lost or not enough.

Pressure to be okay… when they’re quietly struggling.

This is an invitation for teenage girls 14 - 16 years of age to step into a soft and sacred space — away from the noise — where they can be seen, heard, supported, and gently guided through creative healing.

✨Through clay, paint, drawing, movement, and breath…

✨They will learn to express emotions safely and tenderly.

✨They’ll explore self-worth, identity, grief, forgiveness, and love.

✨There will be space for tears, for laughter, and for silence.

✨And most of all, they’ll know they’re not alone.

This is not a workshop to “fix” anything.

It’s a weekend to feel, to heal, and to come back to the light within.

Start : 10am - Finishing time 4pm

Investment: Queen bed share room $500 (3ppl)

Single bed share room $400 (3ppl)
