Art Wellbeing and Nature play. Mums and child. Monthly.

Mums welcome with child/ children for exploring, adventures and play.

Our sessions incorporate Bush wanders, art, mini meditations, connecting and wellbeing. A space to explore and relax amongst sacred ochres, traditional Clapsticks, sharing of knowledges. Sipping native teas. Singing, storytelling, symbols and language.

Opening our circle with a respectful call to country in recognition of Gubbi Gubbi Traditional Owners, Elders and community. Our circle creates a magical space to unwind, learn and relax together. We also offer other musical and sound exploration opportunities.

Sara will allow a few moments to settle in with Heart Chakra Sound bowl as we take space around our mats before we start.

All Welcome... 1st time??? no worries at all. This is a safe space to be ourselves.
