Online Mindful art session with UNSW Alumni and Graphic Designer Anakha Menon.

Mindfulness isn't just about meditating, there are lots of ways to build a mindfulness practice into your routine. In this session guests will be guided through a simple drawing / illustration exercise to get creative and relax. Student Minds at UNSW will also provide some mindfulness tips to try out this mental health month.

You don't need any art supplies for this session, just a notebook, pen and pencils.
