ART WORKSHOP: Winter's Imprint with Mariana Del Castillio | Making Do at Mugga

Join artist Mariana Del Castillio in creating unique bespoke wall reliefs that enhance an emotional connection to country and place. Inspired by the natural environment of the Mugga Mugga landscape and the Cottage, participants will respond to the patterns of nature and the palette of the impending winter.

In the tradition of ‘making do’ participants will be introduced to readily available natural materials and individual bundles of handmade eco dyed paper and fabrics created by the artist for the workshop. The introduction of slow stitching and pierced paper techniques will add texture and volume to the participant’s visual story.
