Artarmon Nia Class

Classic Nia is a joyful, low impact movement class inspired by soul-stirring music. Nia’s unique blend of martial arts, dance and mindfulness gives you an energising cardio workout that benefits body, mind, emotions and spirit. You’ll be guided to listen to your body, moving with sensations of aliveness, pleasure and ease. Adaptable for all ages and fitness levels, Nia meets you where you’re at and invites you to move in your own body’s way.

The wonderful reason is that it guides and conditions your body for all situations, environments and conditions and allows you to sense your feet on the earth and be mindful of how you move and how we can tweak our movements to feel better in our body!Please bring a bottle of water and we generally do some floor work at the end, so you may like to bring a yoga mat if you feel you need that extra comfort - but not necessary to have. No yoga mats provided.

Classes are held at Barry Thompson Hall (pka WLC Community Hall) - 139 Artarmon road, Artarmon (behind Artarmon Library) A beautiful, quite and residential area that makes you feel at home.

• 10 class pass $200 (use within 4 months of purchase)

• Casual $25

Passes are not transferable between Nia classes that are with other Nia teachers. No concessions available other than the passes.
