Artemis Singers Karaoke Fundraiser Party
Event description
Artemis Singers, Chicago's Lesbian Feminist Chorus, invites you to a Fundraiser Karaoke Party. We are raising funds to support our hosting of Power in Harmony, the 14th Sister Singers Network (SSN) Choral Festival in July of 2026. This once-every-four-years festival brings together about 20 feminist choruses from across the country to sing, attend workshops, perform, meet hundreds of other singers, learn new songs, sing, attend performances, and sing some more!
Join the karaoke fun on Friday, November 7 -- you can even sing with your favorite Artemis Singer! Chicago local fav DJ Pat will be head of karaoke operations. Food and drinks will be available for purchase. People of all genders are welcome, and all ages are welcome in the venue until the event ends at 9:00 pm (after that it's 21+).
Thank you to our hosts, Whiskey Girl Tavern! Because of their generosity, 100% of the proceeds will be used to help cover costs for our own 60 members to attend the festival and to make the experience for all choral attendees as special as possible.
