Celebrate the arrival of spring with an exclusive White Wine Daytime Release & Pairing Experience, where we unveil five exquisite new white wines, each artfully paired with a custom-crafted culinary delight. This immersive tasting event is designed to highlight the vibrant flavors and aromas of the season, bringing together fresh ingredients with a Spanish Tapas theme that perfectly complement each varietal.

What to Expect:

🌿 A Lovely tasting of five newly released white wines, each showcasing the elegance and diversity of our spring collection. Featuring 2024 Rosé, Albariño, Grüner Veltliner, Chenin Blanc and 2023 Roussanne.
🍽 Thoughtfully curated gourmet pairings inspired by Spanish Tapas cuisine and designed by our expert chef; Nomad Provisions, to enhance the unique characteristics of each wine. Bites Include:

**Pan con Tomate, Manchego y Jamon (Toasted baguette rubbed with tomato & garlic topped with manchego cheese
& Serrano ham )
** Tortilla Espangnola (spanish potato & egg omelette)
** Pimientos  con queso (baby sweet peppers stuffed with cheese)
**Albondigas (Spanish meatballs)
