We welcome The Hospital Research Foundation Group  to Gawler Libraries for a series of Community Talks about Arthritis.

In these talks presenters from The Hospital Research Foundation Group provide up to date information about arthritis in an easy-to-understand manner. We also debumk many of the myths around arthritis and give practical tips for daily life. 

In this Maintaing Wellbeing, what can I do? session we acknowledge that arthritis can affect all aspects of your life. This talk helps people understand wellbeing and arthritis. Includes simple tips for protecting your joints and ideas for ways to manage daily activities.
