Description

Greet the dawn with a silent walk and meditation in the beautiful bushland of Carrick Hill. Meet at 6:30am to walk through remnant bushland, part of the Yurrebilla trail and loop back to the Carrick Hill gardens. The walk will end with a guided meditation led by Bridget Currie. Duration: 90 minutes

Meet at the Pavilion Building, Carrick Hill.

This is an all-weather event. Suitable for ages 16+.
