DESCRIPTION
Art Therapy for Children and Teenagers : Wednesdays
Children’s class: 4:30 PM | Teenagers’ class: 6:00 PM
"A gentle, creative space to support emotional wellbeing, confidence, and self-expression."
Art therapy provides children and teenagers with a safe, welcoming space to explore emotions, express themselves creatively, build confidence, and develop emotional wellbeing.
Through age-appropriate art activities and guided creative experiences, participants are encouraged to explore their feelings, discover new ways of expressing themselves, and develop greater self-awareness in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
The sessions may be particularly beneficial for young people who experience anxiety or worry, are navigating friendship or social challenges, have difficulty expressing their emotions in words, or simply enjoy using creativity as a way to explore and connect.
Whether your child or teenager is joining us for a single session to experience the class or choosing to participate in the full 6-week program, each session offers an opportunity to create, explore, connect, and feel supported.
Please note a minimum of 5 participants is required for the group to commence.
