artsbusTV Warrnambool - releasing on Channel 31 and CTV+

ABOUT ARTSBUSTV

artsbusTV is a series of 30-minute episodes directed by kids and teens across Victoria. Through co-design workshops, artsbusTV offers opportunities for creative expression, connection, mentorship and skills building.

The series is a magazine-style TV show made up of 2-3 minute segments including youth-led interviews, fictional films, and documentary style journalism. The segments provide a starting point for the artsbusTV crew to co-design what will be in the episode and how it will be filmed. For example, young people brainstorm ideas for each segment’s location, scripted questions, and possible guests and film styles.

The Warrnambool episode of artsbusTV was co-designed over holiday programs in January 2025. The episode has been edited with volunteer support by Junior Producer, Ayon Randunubandara. Marketing support by interning RMIT Student, Seb Dempsey.

The Warrnambool artsbusTV episode will be screened:

• For the first time on Thursday May 28th, 6PM - 6:30PM (AEST) on Channel 31

• Then it will repeat on Channel 31 (free-to-air TV) Fridays at 5PM and Saturday 10AM

• After the 28th of May 2026, the episode will also be available ON DEMAND (free to watch at any time) via: All shows - CTV Plus Australia
