    Arvigo® Self-Care Online Immersion

    Immerse yourself in the healing traditions passed down to Dr Rosita Arvigo via Maya healer Don Elijio Panti.

    This month-long, online workshop is an opportunity to explore and embody the multifaceted healing tools and vital knowledge contained within this work, including:
    - learning and practising the Self-Care abdominal and uterine massage techniques
    - pelvic steaming and/or soaks
    - castor oil therapy
    - hip swaddling
    - anatomy & physiology
    - learn the history and lineage of this work (& exploring your own cultural inheritance)
    - introduction to spiritual healing
    - basics of trauma and the body
    - nourishment & digestion
    - understanding and working with the menstrual cycle
    And so much more!

    No prior experience is required. This month-long course is the first level of training with the Arvigo® Institute and is a prerequisite for practitioner training (although it is open to ALL- not just people wanting to do the professional training). Open to all people, there is application of this work for everyone.

    Timings/Dates:
    We will meet every Wednesday evening throughout November 7:30pm - 10:30pm (QLD time -> 8:30pm - 11:30pm Daylight Savings time).
    1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th.

    There will be time to practice and embody within our time together, as well as invitations to practice in the week between our sessions. At the conclusion of our time together you will also receive access to an online portal with video recordings etc.

    Tithing:
    10% of the total cost of every for class is tithing. This tithing is split three ways. A third goes to the Itzamna Society - Don Elijio's descendants who protect the sacred forest at the Elijio Panti National Park in Belize. A third goes to Walther Cholotio, a Tz'utujil Maya Fire and Daykeeper in Guatemala. The final third goes to supporting indigenous healers and/or environmental care projects on the land trainings are held. You can learn more at the Arvigo Giving Back page.
