    Event description

This service is for transgender, gender diverse, and nonbinary people.

    What to expect:

Somatic Bodywork: A session with Jesse will be held on a massage table, unclothed (you will be covered with towel/linen). You have the opportunity to share an intention for the session, and relevant information about your health and health needs. Jesse uses a range of practices, primarily applying Myo-fascial release to the soft and hard tissue structures (releasing the fascia with long and slower durations of gliding along the skin with a balm). Jesse’s approach combines an intuitive awareness as well as anatomical knowledge, in order to find harmony and regulation within the systems of the mind-body-spirit.

    About the facilitator:

Jesse Gall (they/them) is Bodyworker, somatic practitioner and artist, who is dedicated to the pursuit of collective healing through embodiment practices.

They have a diploma of remedial massage therapy and are currently completing training in Somatic Movement Therapy (Dynamic Embodiment).

Jesse’s joy is to facilitate bringing deep awareness within the body, so that you can feel more connected and grounded to move with ease. Jesse is fascinated in understanding the ways in which a body, as a complex network is interconnected and moves.

    Refundable deposit:

There is a $15 refundable deposit for this session, and as long as you either attend the session or cancel more than 2 days in advance, you will be refunded this cost.
