AS Services: Change of ID Info Evening

This service is for transgender, gender diverse, and nonbinary people.

About the session: Looking to change your legal identification(s) to match your gender identity, but not sure where to start, or coming up against barriers? This session will walk through some of the more common forms of ID, and help to answer your questions and connect you with support.

About the facilitator: This session will be led by Transgender Victoria. 

Refundable deposit: There is a $15 refundable deposit for this session, and as long as you either attend the session or cancel more than 2 days in advance, you will be refunded this cost. If you do not cancel with at least two day's notice, or you do not show up, you will be charged the $15. If you are committed to coming to the session but the $15 fee poses a financial barrier, please contact us at affirmation@tgv.org.au.

Covid safety: So we can best look after our community, we highly recommend all event/service attendees wear masks. We have N95's and KF94's available. We have two air purifiers in the space, one of which (the Coway AirMega) is able to capture particles as small as Covid and can filter the air in our space twice per hour.

DATE CHANGE: Our sincere apologies - we got a little over-excited and didn't notice that our original booking date of 10 June was a public holiday! So we're rebooking for the following week (Monday 17 June) so that everyone can enjoy their long weekend. If you are no longer able to make the new date, no worries - please get in touch and we can refund your deposit, and hopefully you can make another date soon!
