A message from your host:

"I wish I had known what I know now at the very beginning of this journey. At age 59, I am at the tail end of many years of menopause and for me this pathway has been gruelling and often detrimental to my overall quality of life. I wish I had known what I know now at the very beginning of this journey. For this reason I am curating this support group.

I want my sisters to have an easier, more informed and supportive time of it. I did not know what I was in for and to be honest it all hit me like a MAC TRUCK! I then proceeded, by trial and error, to find what worked for me. I SEE now that we enter a crucible and by fire we are alchemised from one form into another - we burn the dross and rise up reborn, reformed, and ready to enjoy the final 1/3 of our lives as empowered wise and wonderful women!

As a teacher, coach and workshop facilitator and event manager for 3+ decades with a life-long passion for all things WELLBEING, I have learned a plethora of techniques and tools to share."

EACH GATHERING WILL INCLUDE -

+ invited facilitators to offer their wisdom and guidance for creative and informative deep dives

+ delicious vibrant healthy refreshments (vegetarian / gf / dairy free options incl.)

+ additional tips and tools to add to your life skill kit

+ the inherent strength and nourishment that gathering together and caring and sharing naturally offers.

NOURISHMENT * EDUCATION * CONNECTION

NOURISH US - guided by local artisans we will play across a variety of modalities to have fun, with creative expression and nourish our deeper and finer aspects and build resourcefulness and resilience toward navigating this quest called menopause with a light heart.
WISE UP - An expert specialising in the field of Womens' Wellness and Menopause will be invited to give us a tutorial to broaden our knowledge and understanding and provide time for Q & A.
CONNECT - light refreshments will be provided along with time and space to share and care.

Handled well this is our powerful opportunity to transition from maiden through motherhood to crone with Grace.

An INITIATION that empowers us to become a generation of wise women who nurture and support our community well.

Each gathering will offer different modalities and experts to guide and inspire ....
