The Young People’s Health Service: a nurse-led clinic advancing the health of young people experiencing homelessness.
The Young People's Health Service (YPHS) is a program of the Royal Children's Hospital that aims to advance the health of young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. YPHS is uniquely situated within a youth specialist housing service (Melbourne City Mission's Frontyard Youth Services) which facilitates opportunistic and innovative health responses for those aged 15-24 years. Belinda is a Clinical Nurse Consultant at YPHS and will present the program logic, common presentations, and case studies for discussion.
We look forward to seeing you online.
