Description
OCTOBER SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAM
Get ready for four days of creativity, discovery and hands-on fun at the All Saints' College October School Holiday Program, running from Tuesday 6 October to Friday 9 October. With a huge range of workshops across STEM, Arts & Crafts, Culinary, Sports, Life Skills and Just for Fun categories, there's something to inspire every child aged 8-14.
Our School Holiday Program is open to everyone, not just All Saints' College students.
🌟 Popular workshops fill quickly. Many workshops reach capacity, so early booking is recommended to avoid missing out.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Workshop Times
We understand that many families need flexibility during the school holidays. Our workshop schedule has been designed so that children attending both a morning and afternoon session can remain on campus between workshops under staff supervision.
There is no need to collect your child between sessions. Children attending both morning and afternoon workshops should bring a packed lunch and snacks.
Program Hours
The School Holiday Program operates daily from 8.15am to 4.15pm.
Children attending a morning session only should be collected by 12.15pm.
Children attending an afternoon session only should be collected by 4.15pm.
Children attending a full-day session should be collected by 3.15pm (or your operational finish time if different).
Parents are required to collect children within 15 minutes of their session finishing.
A late collection fee of $15 per 15 minutes may apply after the designated collection time.
Check-In Information
A detailed information email, including check-in procedures, workshop locations and important reminders, will be sent a few days prior to your child's registered session(s).
Please keep an eye on your inbox and junk mail folder.
What to Bring
Please ensure your child brings:
A nut-aware packed lunch (if attending all day), snacks and a water bottle.

Please ensure any medical conditions, allergies, behavioural considerations or additional support requirements are disclosed during registration so we can best support your child throughout the program.
Photography & Videography
Photography and videography may be undertaken throughout the School Holiday Program for College marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish your child to be photographed or filmed, please indicate this during registration.

Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations received 14 days or more before the workshop date are eligible for a full refund.
No refunds are available for cancellations received with less than 14 days' notice unless a valid medical certificate is provided.
Where a valid medical certificate is supplied, a refund may be issued at the College's discretion, less a $20 administration fee per person, per session.

An alternative workshop (where available), or
