ASCEND Breathwork Journey

This month’s Quantum Healing Breathwork journey is all about BOUNDARIES - the sacred lines that protect our peace, preserve our energy, and define how we give and receive love.

Without clear boundaries, relationships can become entangled in confusion, resentment, and unspoken expectations. We lose ourselves trying to please, avoid conflict, or stay connected at the cost of our own truth. But your needs, your voice, and your energy are worthy.

Anger, frustration, and burnout aren’t signs you're broken, they’re signals. They're your body communicating, "Something doesn’t feel right. Pay attention."

In this session, we’ll use the power of energy healing and the guided breath to drop beneath the noise, reconnect with our inner guidance, and reclaim the space we need to feel safe, seen, and whole. It’s time to release the guilt, honour your boundaries, and create relationships rooted in truth, not obligation.

Relationships are at the heart of everything.
They shape who we are and how we show up in the world. Right now, many of our relationships are being deeply challenged - romantic partnerships, parent-child dynamics, friendships, even our connection to work. These shifts aren't random; they’re part of a larger energetic shake-up inviting us to take a closer look.

You’ll be guided intuitively by John + Tami, who bring years of experience holding space for deep transformation. Through breathwork, you’ll access the subconscious layers where limiting stories and inner child wounds live, gently clearing them so you can step into a lighter, freer version of yourself.
