Ascension Journeys is a co-collaboration between me, and the beautiful Cara Jade and we are extremely excited to present our very first event!

This event is a Journey through Breathwork and Sound Healing, a journey into the core of our true being. A Journey where we can let go of our old ways of being and embrace our truest self. We will be using connected breathing a variety of healing techniques to cut through the trauma, grief, stress, and emotional clutter to help release old negative patterns and habits that prevent us from living our best lives.

Breath (Prana) is a pure life force energy, and when we intentionally breath with certain patterns we flood our body with a pure energy, pushing out negative, stagnant energies to make room for more love, light and abundance in our lives.

By letting go and dropping deep into these breathing patterns we can access the limbic brain and help bring old, trapped memories and emotions to the surface, allowing us to move through and release these feelings and fears so they no longer weigh us down. During this event we will be filling the space with healing sound frequencies helping to move the emotions, clear the clutter from the mind and drop you deeper into the experience.

Everything is energy, energy vibrates and with the intentional use of ancient and traditional instruments the sound bath will help recalibrate your energy system and calm and regulate the nervous system.

In addition to all of this, we will be using our own gifts and transformational medicine which will feature Energy work, Reiki & Shamanic methods to facilitate the process, as well as a celebration of the senses with the incorporation of sage and oils.

We hold this space for you to give you the tools, techniques, and the opportunity to be able to access your own self-healing abilities and to unlock your unique superpowers that we are all gifted with.
