Ascot Long Lunch 2025

After a fantastic event last year, it is with great excitement that we announce the return of the Ascot Long Lunch which will be held on Saturday, 31st May.

Enjoy a fabulous afternoon mingling with friends in true long lunch style.  With amazing live entertainment all afternoon, enjoy your cuisine of choice whilst dining along communal tables lined with umbrellas.

As this is a BYO food event, please be sure to bring along a picnic hamper, order a catering box from one of our preferred suppliers (keep an eye out for more details to come) or even have Uber Eats delivered. There will also be a well-stocked bar offering a selection of drinks including Sparkling, Beer, Wine, Spirits and non-alcoholic options (EFTPOS Only). We will also be offering MUMM Champagne which is available for pre-purchase at a discounted rate. There will only be a very limited amount of MUMM Champagne available for purchase on the day so we recommend pre-purchasing to avoid missing out. Please note, no BYO beverage is permitted including non-alcoholic.

Things to know before booking your ticket/s:

• The Ascot Long Lunch is an 18+ years event.
• Tickets are available as a Table of 8 or alternatively as an Individual ticket. If you would like to sit with specific people, please book all together on the one booking to be guaranteed seats with your friends.  For example, if you have a group of 10 people, please book a Table of 8 and 2 Individual tickets all in the one booking to sit together.  When booking, please ensure you enter the correct names of all attendees/ticket holders so that they will be able to enter the event on the day.
• Entry tickets and Pre-purchased Champagne are non-refundable.
• You are welcome to BYO Food or picnic hamper or to make life easier, why not order a catering box from one of our preferred suppliers (details to come) or even have Uber Eats delivered. Please note, no heating or cooking facilities available.
• No BYO or delivered beverage is permitted including non-alcoholic drinks. The bar will be providing a range of beverages including Sparkling, Beer, Wine, Spirits and Non-alcoholic drinks.
• Mumm Champagne is available for pre-purchase online at a discounted price prior to Sunday, 11th May. Please collect from the bar on arrival. Please note, that only a very limited amount of MUMM Champagne will be available for purchase at the event so please ensure that you get yours ordered in advance to avoid missing out.
• Each place setting will include a bio-degradable plate, knife and fork, napkin and bottle of water.
