Ash interment information session and walking tour (Free)

Join us for an informative talk on ash interment at the serene Tweed Shire Cemetery. We will discuss your options when choosing to inter ashes either for yourself or for a loved one - including options that will allow loved ones to be together for eternity.

What we will cover:

• single ash and dual ash sites
• ash internment into a grave
• ash options at Tweed Heads and Murwillumbah Lawn Cemeteries
• reserving an ash site
• inclusions to consider and plaque choices
• how ash site ownership works when someone passes.
  

The event includes morning tea on the chapel balcony where cemetery staff can answer your questions in an informal, relaxed setting.

The tour of ash sites will take approximately 30 minutes so wear comfortable shoes.
