Come join the Ashland Alleycat! A scavenger hunt style bike race. Happening on May 17 2025, at Hunter Park, between the tennis courts and the bike path.

Participants will have the opportunity to solve clues, ride the race, and complete challenges and collect tokens along the way for a chance to win glory and fabulous prizes! There will be competitive and non-competitive awards available to win... but we're all winners when we're having a good time.

For this years event, there will be 3 tiers of races:

Kitten: ~5 miles - geared towards kiddos and families
Bobcat: ~15 Miles - geared towards adults who like to bike
Big Cat: ~25 Miles - geared towards cycling enthusiasts.

Schedule:
9:30 - Arrival, Registration, Get Clues
10:30 - Race Begin!
1:30 - Award ceremony and Barbecue

EARLYCAT REGISTRATION CLOSES AT MIDNIGHT ON SUNDAY MAY 11th! Please sign up before then if you want to lunch and swag. WALK UPS WELCOME BUT ARE NOT GUARANTEED LUNCH AND SWAG.

Your donation of $10 - 20 per rider helps fund the meal and the expenses to use the city park.

Interested in volunteering? Please select the "Volunteer" ticket option, and fill out this google form (If you select volunteer, we will email you this form as well!).

Please come prepared to spend 3 hours on your bike, over the course length of your choosing (see above) BRING A HELMET! You won't be allowed to ride without a helmet. If you don't have a helmet please ask a friend or email the event coordniators to help you find one. Also bring water, snacks, sunscreen, etc etc, all the fun things you need for a day out on the town with your bike and your friends. Swimwear may be encouraged for an optional challenge at one of the checkpoints.
