Asian Faves Novice Class October 2025

Chefs Bill and Mikael are excited to present Indian flavors! This is a great opportunity to discover why children love the flavors from India!

Activities and Menu Include:

• Curry 101: Presenting spices for Indian Curry

• Tandoori Chicken

• Demo of Coconut Basmati Rice preparation

• Preparation of Naan

• Samosas with Curry

• Sweet Lassi: Mango Yogurt drink

• PARENTS ARE TO REMAIN AT THE MARKET

• Age requirement is 6-17 years old. 

• The doors will open at 10:15 AM, the class will start promptly at 10:30 AM

• The class will be held in the Demonstration Kitchen, these are the doors across from Akira

• Budding chefs' creations will be enough to feed a child and one adult
