• How do I submit multiple projects?

  • If you would like to submit multiple projects, you must do so individually. Our submission form is attached to our registration form, so you must complete the form in its entirety before submitting again.

• How do I get the early bird discount rate?

  • This rate should be automatically applied to your submission if you select one (1) ticketed submission. If you are seeing an error, please contact our office at administrator@ne.asid.org.

• What is required to submit?

  • All submission requirements can be found below. Before submitting, make sure to have these things readily available!

    • Name of project

    • Category (found below)

    • A brief summary of your project (500 words or less)

    • 8-10 photos of your project (if you do not have these available at the time of submission, you may submit at a later date. All material required for submissions must be received by Saturday, September 27th, 2025.
