Terms and Conditions:

The Virginia Chapter of ASID will donate a percentage of the proceeds from this event to the Richmond Animal Care and Control.

Contributions or donations to the Virginia Chapter of ASID are NOT deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

Virginia Chapter of ASID does not guarantee the return of entries or any material generated for the production of the auction to the entrant.

Once delivered to the drop-off site, all entries will become the property of the Virginia Chapter of ASID until they are auctioned and picked

up by their buyers. Virginia Chapter of ASID reserves the right to publish images of all entries for any purpose. We encourage entrants to

adhere to the durability guidelines to maintain the desired design aesthetic for exterior or interior display during the course of the event

and incorporate a way to assist our effort to easily and safely transport your entry. Virginia Chapter of ASID is not responsible for any

damage that may happen to entries during the display, auction or transporting of entries. All decisions and awards by jury are final. Virginia Chapter of ASID reserves the right to reject any entry for failure to comply with the entry guidelines. Failure to comply may be grounds for disqualification. If your submission is not sold, it will revert back to your possession at the end of the event. Your action of submitting an entry will signify that you agree to the terms and conditions above and to all additional terms and conditions set forth in the Official Competition Rules and Guidelines.
