Event description

This talk runs through what a literary agent does for an author, and their place in the publishing industry ecosystem. How much do literary agents get paid? How do you fire your literary agent? Can authors take on this role for themselves and get by just fine? Including insights into the sometimes obscure world of the publishing industry, and invaluable advice on how to find an agent if you do end up wanting one, this talk will answer all your agent questions.
