Asking for What You Want is a 4-hour journey in embodied desire and brave expression.
Not just about asking, but about discovering what you want in the first place.
And learning to voice it.

Whether you struggle to speak your needs, or you’re not even sure what they are…
This is a space to tune in, slow down, and get intimate with your yes, your no, and your maybe.

This space invites you to ask for what truly nourishes you — whatever helps you feel more connected to yourself and to others. Maybe that’s touch. Maybe it’s time, presence, attention, or simply being held in silence.

A space to remember:
Your desire is not too much.
And asking isn’t selfish, it’s honouring.

About your facilitator:

I'm a trauma informed holistic health practitioner who cares deeply about exploring embodied paths to growth, transformation, remembrance of one's true essence and breaking intergenerational and ancestral patterns of trauma, pain and dysfunction.

My work in the world re-introduces humans to their true nature using Ceremony, Ritual, Classical Tantra, Sacred Sexuality, Energywork, Bodywork and Somatic work to connect with and remember the forgotten parts of ourselves.

I dance between the extremes—between the shadows and the light, where dark seriousness and laughter exist in harmony.
