    Learn practical ways to effectively communicate with others 

    Want to learn how to say no (or yes) and not feel bad -guilty/anxious?

    Assertive communication can strengthen your relationships, including your relationship with yourself, reducing stress from conflict and providing you with the ability to cope and handle difficult conversations and situations.

    Each class, we learn more about one of the 6 assertive communication tools and we engage in role play about real situations which helps greatly in putting assertiveness into actual practice
