If you are a person with disability who wants to know more about what a Functional Capacity Assessment or Behaviour Support Plan is and the importance of these assessments for your Home & Living application to the NDIS; then this session is for you.
This free online session is for people with disability, their families, and support workers.
Join us and learn about:
- What is a Functional Capacity Assessment, (FCA),and why is it important for people who want to live in Specialist Disability Accommodation or Supported Independent Living?
- What is a Positive Behaviour Support Plan, (PBSP), and why is it important for people who want to live in Specialist Disability Accommodation or Supported Independent Living?
- Who writes the FCA or PBSP? Where do I find the right person to assess my housing needs?
- How and when can I apply for a Functional Capacity Assessment?
- How and when can I apply for a Positive Behaviours Support Plan?
- What else do I need to know?
Access:
