Brad Walker - AKA - The Stretch Coach

Brad is often referred to as the Stretch Coach and has even been called the Stretching Guru. He’s been involved in the field of stretching, flexibility and sports injury management since the early 1990’s and over that time has built a reputation as the go-to-guy for all things stretching and flexibility; so much so, that he now sits on expert panels for 7 different companies, and Google cites over 100,000 references to him and his work on the internet

In 2017 Brad was recruited by StretchLab, a world leader in providing one-on-one assisted stretching services and small group stretch classes. Brad developed the stretching protocols and procedures that StretchLab uses daily. He also created the extensive 70+ hour Flexologist Training Program (FTP) that StretchLab uses internationally to train their Flexologists.

In this Course learn how to add targeted stretches to your treatments or offer them as a stand alone session. 

What will you learn?

The Certificate in Stretching & Flexibility course aims to increase professionalism within the health and wellness industry around the topic of stretching and flexibility. It helps students develop a fundamental understanding of the physiology of stretching, flexibility and mobility training.

The course will equip students with the knowledge for the safe application of stretching exercises. And develop a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the anatomy involved with 135 stretching exercises.

You’ll learn how to incorporate the right stretches into your existing treatments, or offer stretching as a stand-alone service. You’ll be more skilled, better qualified and most importantly, more respected. You’ll attract new clients, get better results, have happier clients, and be able to charge more.

The online modules are completed online prior to your full day practical with Brad so you can complete it at your own pace. It includes workbook material, video tutorials and detailed anatomy of over 130 different stretching exercises. 

Booking notes: Complete your modules prior to attendance. You may select either Saturday 1st March 8.30am -4.30pm, or Sunday 2nd March 8.30am - 4.30pm for your workshop day. Course material is sent electronically once tickets are purchased.
