Astro Vibes - Autumn Equinox

Please join us in celebrating the Autumn Equinox! Tis the season for slowing down and turning inward after a busy summer season. Fellow astrologer, The Textrologer, will break down the astrological significance of the autumn equinox, the energies we will be working with throughout the fall, and what it all means for each attendee. After the astrology circle, we will lead into an immersive sound bath facilitated by Healing in Waves. Sound baths use many instruments including crystal singing bowls, gongs, rainsticks, wave drums, chimes, etc. This is a time for reflection and deep rest. Let the sounds wash over you, ground you into stillness, and assist with integrating all that you learned during the astrology session.

Possible benefits of sound healing include stress reduction, relaxation, improved sleep, decreased pain, and enhanced intuition and creativity. All that you need to do is show up and receive while letting the sound journey do the work for you.
