Thank you for booking your ticket to the Astronomical Society of Victoria’s Christmas StarBeCue 2025 on December 13th.

Your ticket gains you entry to the ASV's Christmas StarBeCue on November 19th 2025 at Leon mow Dark Sky Site.

When: Saturday December 13th - Midday until Sunday December 14th 11am

Where: Leon Mow Dark Sky Site - 569 Craigs Lane, Ladys Pass

Be sure to dress to the weather on the day. Please note the Lions Club will be on site selling food but we recommend bringing snacks & drinks as required.

UPON ARRIVAL AT THE LEON MOW DARK SKY SITE PLEASE PRESENT YOUR TICKET TO THE ATTENDING MARSHAL AT THE CHECK IN

REFUNDS

1. The Operator will not provide a refund or exchange on any ticket except as required by law.

2. This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission.

3. This ticket is non-transferable and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased.

4. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.

5. The Operator has no responsibility for lost or stolen tickets.

6. Replacement tickets for lost or stolen tickets may be issued at the Operator’s sole discretion, and the Operator reserves its right to charge a fee for replacement of tickets.

7. The Operator makes no representations regarding the weather conditions during the Event, access to unobstructed views of entertainment and activities during the Event, availability of shelter or seating at the Event or your level of comfort during the Event. Refunds will not be available should you be dissatisfied with these matters. This is an outdoor event. The weather forecast will be assessed no later than 1 days before the event and if the Astronomical Society of Victoria Inc determine the weather to be unsuitable the event will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to all patrons.

8. As the Event Organiser hosting this event, the Astronomical Society of Victoria Inc. is solely responsible for all issues relating to the sale of tickets. If you have any questions regarding this event, please contact Astronomical Society of Victoria Inc. on bookings@asv.org.au.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES TO TIME, NATURE AND DURATION OF EVENT

9. The Operator reserves the right to make changes to the Event in relation to:

* start time

* end time

* scheduling of entertainment and activities

* layout and location of the Event venue

* vendors providing goods and services at the Event

* other matters not having a substantial effect upon the overall nature of the Event, being a Star Party at 569 Craigs Lane, Ladys Pass.

10. If the Event is cancelled by the Operator, then you can return your ticket to the Operator within 30 days of the cancelled Event to obtain a refund of monies paid minus any booking fees.

11. The event organiser has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event.

12. Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy of Information Act.
