As we come together we get to reflect on the gift that this life is and what we have been given. This is the gift of the breath and now is the time for you to find out how precious you are to this world, the breath is a resource to help you realise that potential your lays within. This is what I refer to as ‘your medicine’ and I am inviting you to come and experience a taste of it.

We will cover how Breathwork allows for individuals to achieve healing at a cellular level from a scientific, energetic and trauma-informed perspective.

There will be deep connection, valuable kōrero, lots of laughs, a bit of movement to shake that shit off (not a workout though lol), and most importantly we’ll heal as a community.
