FAQs
- Do I need a ticket to shop?
No! Entry is free and open to everyone, so come shop the ATELIER PIERROT pop-up whether or not you buy a set. Presale sets are for food and drinks, and they're the only way to get the $10 ATELIER PIERROT discount card. Food and drinks will also be sold at Steep's counter on the night, but counter orders don't include the $10 discount.
- Can I bring friends?
Of course! Entry is free, so friends are welcome. Anyone who wants presale food and drinks and the $10 discount card needs their own set, or they can order at Steep's counter on the night.
- Is there an age requirement?
The event is open to all ages. Cocktails are 21+ with valid ID, and 21+ guests will receive a wristband at check-in.
- Is there a fitting room?
Not at this event, but size charts with garment measurements and measuring tapes will be provided. We recommend keeping an eye on socials for information about which items will be brought to the pop up.
Returns and exchanges are not permitted due to time constraints. - Are there vegan options?
Yes! The Vegan Fried Combo is vegan and the Veggie Cold Noodles are vegetarian. Steep can't modify or substitute food items, but alternative milk options are available for drinks. Just double-check with Steep staff when you redeem your order, or leave a note in the comments box at checkout.
- What if you don't have the stock I wanted?
Attending the event does not guarantee availability of any specific item, size, or color. Stock is limited and sold first come, first served.
- Can I buy multiple sets to get more discounts?
Yes! You’ll receive one discount card for each set you purchase. Only one card can be used per transaction, so each discount card needs its own purchase of $80 or more.
