    Event description

A 3-part online webinar series for outdoor enthusiasts about the current climate emergency and the actions we can take to protect our playground.

If you enjoy spending time in nature, no matter the activity or level of competitiveness, there is an intrinsic connection between athlete and the environment.
This webinar series will equip you with the knowledge and tools to undertake kaitiakitanga (environmental stewardship) and climate action.
We have a stellar lineup of guest presenters, experts in their own right, who will inspire you into action.

Damian Hall is a record-breaking Great Britain ultramarathon runner, award-nominated author and climate activist, and cofounder of Green Runners.

He will explore the surprising ecological impact of sport and prompt us to identify changes for a lighter footprint.

This is part 2 of 3 in the series. The next is:

24 April - Emma Strutt, an Australian accredited practising dietitian

Your host is Ben Eitelberg, an environmentalist, an accredited endurance sports coach and a plant-powered trail ultramarathon runner.

This webinar series is proudly sponsored by Pathfinder, a certified B-Corporation ethical KiwiSaver focussed on generating individual wealth and collective well-being - https://pathfinder.kiwi
