REFUND POLICY

• NCMA will provide full refund up to 20 days prior to the event.
• NCMA will provide 50% refund after 20 days but before 10 days prior to the event.
• NCMA cannot provide refunds within 10 days of the event due to commitments we make for food service based on anticipated attendance.
• Substitutions are allowed at any time.
